Directions from M1 Junction 23: Leave the M1 Island towards Loughborough and half mile down turn right at the traffic lights onto Snells Nook Lane (BP Garage on your left as you make the turn).  End of that road left at traffic lights onto Nanpanton Road (Priory Inn on your left as you turn).  About 1.2 miles, all down hill, take the second left (just after pedestrian lights) onto Kirkstone Drive.  End of that road turn right onto Holywell Drive

Directions from Nottingham via A60: Enter Loughborough crossing Railway Bridge , 3rd lights (main 'Post Office' on your left) turn left. Follow road round (goes right - left - right) to next lights take centre lane of three and cross over.  Top of that road (Southfields) it forks, take the right fork then immediately left onto Forest Road.  Traffic Island go straight on (still Forest Road towards Nanpanton).  Pass the Toby Carvery pub on the left then about a hundred yards up on the right (phone box on junction) turn right onto Fairmount Drive, all up-hill and when the road turns to the left at the top you are on Holywell Drive

Directions from Leicester via A6: At Quorn on the approach to Loughborough travel straight on (2nd exit) at the large traffic island onto the outer ring road (Epinal Way) Cross the next 3 islands staying on Epinal Way. At the next island take fist exit onto Forest Road towards Nanpanton. Pass the Toby Carvery pub on the left then about a hundred yards up on the right (phone box on junction) turn right onto Fairmount Drive, all up-hill and when the road turns to the left at the top you are on Holywell Drive
